Hello. I was shown this site by a fellow Satanist. While I don’t agree with everything on the website (of course), I applaud you for being an above ground organization that actually worships Lord Satan rather than falling for the atheistic humanism that is so prevalent in pop-pseudo-satanism.

I respect this website for what it believes, but you are mocking my religion. Satanists do NOT worship Satan. Worshiping is for Christians and Jews. Satan is NOT A GOD, so therefore, he is NOT to be worshiped. Again, I respect this site for what you believe in, but I do NOT accept confusing people of this particular religion. Satanism is about self-indulgence, and in a way.. “self-worship”, but not FULLY. Also, Satan does not encourage recruiting members into the Satanic religion. Instead, he wants us to make our OWN decisions. He would not be pleased with a website such as this.. no, not at all. But he’s proud of you for who you are, and accepts you anyways, for what you believe in.
So keep doing what you’re doing, but please remember the truth.
Live your live happy, and remember.. we can NOT be brainwashed easily, like all of these religious figures. =)

He watches over us, and protects us as much as he can, but basically.. we are alone in this world. We get things OURSELVES, instead of begging a “God” for them.

We few, we lucky few, who have shed our chains and walk unchallenged by the spiritually and intellectually oppressed christian immoral majority acknowledge the existence and power of Satan (and by his many names) on this earth! While I refuse to bow to the false god of the Judeo-Christian faiths I gladly bow to worship Satan as His is the only truth I have been able to find proving itself over and over every day! All one has to do is look around at the world around them.
My choice is an active one and is not assumed, nor do I consider it a burden on my life. Though I do NOT claim membership with the famous Church of Satan I do follow some of Dr. LaVey’s dogma. We only differ in our basis of beliefs and practices in the actual existence of Satan as a deity. Where he states that Satan does not exist I/we know He does. No, we don’t debase ourselves by asking for forgiveness or for things we desire, that is a christian practice (yes, italics, I have no respect for that cult…). I commend you for putting together a really clean looking site. I would like to see a little more content though. Satanism, as I’m sure you know, is multifaceted religion therefore any site dedicated to the study of it should follow suit. However, I am unsure as to how long the site has been up and running so perhaps it is a work in progress. Either way I do appreciate the professional look of the site as apposed to the excessively gothic look one might find with other satanic sites.
Like the gentleman had posted earlier I am not a theistic Satanist simply because I feel that any worship should be directed inward. Outward worship like that of most theists marks a god who is needy and perhaps a bit insecure. If Satan were a tangible entity I’m certain that by living by rational standards I would make him proud enough without having to bend in acquiescence.
This is not a discord but simply a difference in opinion which by your “pillars of faith” should be acceptable with you because in the end whether conceived as an archetype or a physical/spiritual deity it is our representation of the philosophy which truly counts.

My 2 cents : Man a lot of people sure do take this “Satanism” stuff seriously! Arguing about whether or not “Satan” is a symbol or a spirit, etc.
A lot of that seems like a reaction to Anton LaVey and his declaration that there is no such being as Satan, true Satanists worship reason, etc.
My 2 cents: Satan is real, God is real, Sophia is real, Shiva is real, Kali is real, Lucifer is real, Pan is real, Jesus is real, etc. Shamen acknowledge all the spirits, all the archetypal energies and intelligences that move amongst us in the world.
All of these intelligences have different agendas and exist for different reasons. You can establish relationships with any or none of them.
For example, I work with my co-workers at work, I help them get certain things done and they help me in turn. It doesn’t mean they own my soul, it means we’re cooperating in an exchange of energy in order to achieve certain goals.
Think about it.

I am fascinated by the responses to our philosophy. “Levayan Satanism” and a great deal of modern satanism, particularly the brands that see Self as paramount, are essentially a humanistic world view that has adopted “satanism” as a symbol to repudiate Christian hegemony.
Redeemer is very much focused on Satan as a real entity that does care about what happens to our souls and is locked in a struggle with a very real and malevolent Oppressor. We turn to Satan as a guide, a giver of knowledge and self awareness. Many of our principles touch on common themes with humanistic Satanism and share similar goals, but the primary difference is that we thing the battle over our souls is real and we can literally choose to serve in heaven or be free in “hell.”

My KUDOS. Love the look of your website. Difficult to find an image of normalcy expressed in Satanic org. websites, as they are mostly of gothic appearance, almost like people don’t relate them to fantasy instead of real life.
I have some issues to take up with a few “testifiers” here and put it into a single post. :
To Nefarious: The way I look at religion and the material world, from my experience, various readings of Joseph Campbell, evolutionary teachings etc. that the things that put us in awe of them do engender worship. Man may possess the atom bomb and be on top of the food chain (at least for now), but there are greater things. Our world is not only from where we sprang, but it totally supports us. It’s storms and the smallest of its bacterial life can decimate us without mercy. Satan is at least one of the symbols of the god of this world, the dark force in nature, the power behind other powers, what have you. I find no difference in awe inspired by the power and supply of nature and in a god that is identified as its king. Earth promises us no afterlife, nor does it dictate moral perfection. Neither does Satan or any other god worth its salt. Sure, I worship myself as the soverign of my will, yet I have no choice but to bow to the power and will of our supporting Earth which is greater than I. In the same way, I reverence Lord Satan. I am not a sheep, but even the independent goats follow a leader who is the greater among them. It is my wish for everyone to recognize that which/whom is greater than they.

i am glad i found this website. i have been trying to find satanic members in my area of fort oglethorpe and rossville, georgia. i would just like to take this momemt to say that i hate god. he has never done anything for me and never will. he can fix the entire worlds problems if he wanted to. plus he makes you live your life the way he wants you to. satan is the way not god and i really hope that hell wins the war. satan lets you live your life freely and anyway you want to. remember, you have only one life so live it up.

In my experience God and Satan have both helped. My Parents are God to the bone and he’s helped with the drinking and gave them a better life. As for me God has cursed my life for wanting to be different to want to explore this world by myself so i tend to lean to the darker side of life so bottom line is freedom and stability.

I can’t say I agree with everything on your site… Even from a theistic standpoint, it doesn’t make sense to retain the whole “eternal battle of Satan vs. Yahweh” frame of mind that Judaism picked up from Persian religion. This was later passed to Christians, who are now consequently obsessed with the whole “everything is Good versus Evil” idea. I believe dualism is a limited theological perspective and may lead people to focus more on an eternal enemy than themselves and their own deity- both Christian and Satanists groups are guilty of this. It also undermines cultural and religious diversity by lumping all religion in the bland “good” and “evil” boxes- and the latter one is usually the fullest.
If Yahweh were a real deity, I would believe he is just an insignificant megalomaniac among the vast pantheon of gods, who wants to take credit for everything because he’s a vain, whiny bitch… but is by no means powerful or important. Before Judaism, Yahweh was worshiped as a minor god by other semetic tribes, but they had other, more powerful gods as well. Yahweh and Satan are not the be-all-end-all.
Nonetheless, I respect your group’s beliefs and you really seem dedicated to the cause of Satanism and self-empowerment. One thing I really have to hand to you is how extremely well-presented this site is. There’s no annoying black background, no animated gifs of skulls and pentagrams, and not a SINGLE BAPHOMET ON THE ENTIRE PAGE. Really. WOW. I may not agree with you fully, but I can at least take you seriously. Even the more sensible Satanist sites are terribly presented and look like they were made by a 13-year old goth kid who only knows one or two HTML tags.

I seriously can’t tell if this is real or just a joke. I’m hoping it’s the former, since you don’t see any other sites like this. All the other sites pertaining to Satanism look poorly made and cannot be taken seriously. However, the name can be confusing. Humanism was made popular by Anton LaVey under the guise of Satanism, therefore at first glance it could be mistaken for a Humanistic site. I have always called myself a Devil-Worshiper since that is what it is in the truest sense. I truly hope that is not a joke and look foward to more interactivity to this site.

Well id like to thank part of me. A special part. For knowing theres nothing i can do for that other part of me. Wether i die in the massive slaughter and after that egypt falls while assyria is also being punished while those satanists that dont believe in satan are decieved..for worshiping a god he set up himself instead of them worshipping satan. and the new assyrian governement arises with that other “part of me” after those satanists prior are decieved for not believing. But its okay. Cause sin is the sting of death and death gives the same reward to those who seek the same in those days. but maybe that other part of me is why? i dont know. the bad thing is that the holy ones will probably have to pay the same price for causing this mess… but i cant tell the other part of me that… because that other part of me needs myself. especially when theres no shadows in darkness but if there were the same blackness would be a king to rule them all and all have seen the same as right from within themselves. ah well. i guess if this part of me dont survive the other wont either. i guess we see part of ourselves in others.

Thousands of years ago there really was a war in heaven, but when the ancients talked of heaven they were not referring to some mystical place in the afterlife. They literally ment the sky! They literally ment another part of the galaxy. According to what’s been researched from 5000 year old sumerian tablets and also ancient writings from India a serpant race came to this planet and hid from their persuers. Our solar system is one of the last out posts on the outer rim of the Milkyway galaxy According to what has been researched from these writings it is beleived that 50,000 years ago a large ocean covered planet called Tiamat orbited our sun between Mars and Jupiter. It has been speculated that possibly this serpant race made it appear as though they were hiding on Tiamat. The beings they were at war with completely destroyed Tiamat as a precaution leaving what is now known as the asteroid belt. Another name for Tiamat was also “Lucifer” or “Light Bearer”, because being an ocean planet it reflected sunlight quite brightly in the night sky and was known as the second sun. When ever meteors from the asteroid belt hit our atmosphere we call them falling or “shooting” stars. The prophet Isaiah refers to Lucifer the son/sun of the morning. In Luke 10:18 Jesus says to his disciples “I saw Satan FALL like lightning from heaven”. The persuers also as a precaution put a bearier around planet earth just incase there were any survivors hiding out. The serpant race did not have the technological ability to brake through this bearier so they were (and still are) stuck on this planet. In the book of Mark in the New Testament it tells a story there of Jesus crossing the Sea of Galilee with his “disciples” on ships; Not a boat but ships! According to the story he comes accross a man supposedly posessed by a legion of demons. In ancient times a legion amounted to 6000 soldiers. Jesus casts the legion of demons out of the man and into a heard of 2000 swine (or pigs) and they go running off into the water and all drown. A pharasee (preacher) comes out of the local village and chews Jesus and his disciples out for causing this calamity, because those “pigs” were their “bread and butter”or a source of income for the villagers. Let me ask you something. Why would Jews who don’t eat pork be raising pigs? Why would Jesus be crossing the Sea of Galilee on “ships” if he only had twelve guys following him around? Could it be that this story is code for something else that REALLY happened that the ROMAN church didn’t want people to know about?
Let me re-tell the story the way it probably happened and you can be the judge. Jesus and 4 or 5 thousand of his “DISCIPLES” cross the sea of Galilee on SHIPS! As they are approaching the village there hiding out in the local cemetary is one third of a legion (2000) of either Roman soldiers or conscripts of the Roman army. Gentiles (of course) were always called a “Swine” or “Pigs” because they ate pork. Roman soldiers were not only considered swine but also “demons”. The Roman Empire at that time was the hated enemy of the Jewish nationals living in the area we now know as Palestine and Israel. Immediatly and without hesitation Jesus and his “disciples” draw there swords and go to battle . They kill most of the Roman “Pigs” or “Demons” because they out number them 2 to 1. The rest go running off into the water where they are killed off or drown. The local villagers are upset and tell Jesus and his small army of “disciples” to get the hell out of there, because they knew how powerful the Roman Empire was and when the Roman Governor “Pontius Pilatius” finds out about this they could all be killed. Not only that but having those soldiers close to there village was boosting their economy. Now that this has happened they’ve lost a viable source of income and all hell is gonna break loose. But Jesus was so convinced that he was the Messiah that he kept on preaching, teaching and performing more of these “MIRACLES!” Until he was finally arrested as an enemy of the state and publicly executed via crucifixion.

my parents raised me baptist and as a kid naturally i soaked it all up and believed whatever they told just another brainwashed case sadly but later on in my life i was about 11 or 12 possibly younger i realized the truth about christianity and saw what christians really were nothing more than a bunch of hypocrites. so years went by i pretended like i was a christian just to please my parents and to keep them from bitching but then when i was about maybe 15 or 16 i came across Anton Szandor LaVeys Satanic Bible, i read it and i realized holy fuck this is the most sense anyone has ever made to me i just wished i had found this out much earlier in my life eventually i read more more and more of Anton LaVeys writings then started reading Michael W. Fords books and my eyes were opened more and more and now i have realized i found the one true religion. I may not really agree with this form of Satanism i more agree with Laveyan Satanism and Luciferian Satanism but i still applaud this form of it.

I chose Halloween day to post this comment and glorify the prince of darkness on the most important Satanic holiday, the festival of Samhain. Let all those who lurk in the shadows rejoice, for today is our religous holiday and the night belongs to us. I also wanted to state how much I hate Yaweh, the oppressor, and his son Joshua. They tried to kill me, in their dogmatic attempts to control my mind, body, and soul in order to restrict my free will. I give praise to Lord Satan on his most holy night. This message is for Lord Darth Hood. First of all I clicked at the bottom of 4 Steps To Satan to give my soul and all it said was “404-Error Not Found” what ever the fuck that means. It’s probably someone’s idea of a joke. But anyway you can get a copy of the Satanic Bible and the Satanic Rituals for only about $8 bucks a piece brand new at any book store. I suggest getting both. They usually won’t have any in stock but you can just put in an order and they’ll call you when it comes in. They also sell them directly from the official Church of Satan website. Also if you just google “Satanic Jewelery” or “Satanic Ritual Supplies” it’ll open up a bunch of websites that sell chalices, baphomets, jewelery, Satanic books (including the Satanic Bible) ritual clothing, upside down crosses, all kinds of stuff. I think if anything this site has succeeded in stirring up topics of debate that i havent had the pleasure of reading or enjoying in a while. While i don’t particularly agree with this website and the personofication as Satan as an existing entity (for those are made up christian views) i do think they have the right to voice their opinions and practice the way they see fit. But i do have one thing to say to those “righteous” ones who think that maybe we’ll feel bad and change our minds when you leave posts like “we’ll pray for you” and garbage like that. We’ve heard it all before and frankly we don’t care. Do us a favor and don’t leave condescending remarks thats not welcome here it only makes me want to vomit into some soup and give it to a homeless man. So remember that….for every christian who leaves a comment like that a homeless man gets a bowl of vomit soup. Think im kidding?

Good Guy? There is no “Good Guy!” There’s only nature and science; Nothing more! God vrs Satan! Good vrs Evil! Black vrs White! Men vrs Women! Democrat Vrs Republican, Liberal vrs Conservative, and on and on and on it goes!!! These are all false dualities created by a bunch controll freaks that have kept our species in bondage and at war for thousands of years. Monotheistic religions such as Christianity are only the most recent forms of mind controll used on the general population by these assholes. Christianity teaches you to have “Blind Faith” which is one of the dumbest things anyone can ever do. Satanism teaches you to open your eyes and see reality. Satanism teaches you to beleive in your own instincts rather than some preacher who holds up a Bible and claims it’s the infallable word of God when he himself doesn’t even beleive half of what it says, and most of the people just buy what he’s preaching without even doing their own research. Satanism teaches you to see yourself as the Higher Power not some god or politician, but because the majority of the human race is controlled through war, starvation, disease, and poverty they feel they have no choice but to beleive that some “higher power” outside of themselves is going to eventually rescue them from their nightmare. Yeah it’s easy for us here in this Democracy of ours to talk about indulgence, and living our lives however we choose, because in places like here in America we have the means to do so. But because the controll freaks run most of the planet they can use things like religion to engineer wars and phoney revolutions thus giving their impoverished populations a false sense of hope that there’s a god out there who loves them. But all it does is line the pockets of politicians, preachers, drug dealers, and sex slave traders. All this is coming to America real soon unless we stop it. Our Government and their controlled corporate media are lying to us every fucking day. They only tell us what they want us to hear and leave out the things that are really going on because if most people knew what was really going on it would scare the living shit out of them, and we would have revolution in the streets. I love the philosophy of Satanism. It makes perfect sense, but it’s going to be kind of hard to indulge in whatever pleasure you want to indulge yourself in or live your life however you choose when you’re standing in soup line surrounded by armed guards and barbed wire fences. I find myself ambivalent as to the authenticity of this website. It appears childish if not genuinely satirical, in a sense. I personally follow a strict form of Theistic Satanism which does involve the worship of Satan/Azazel along with many other varied gods such as Lilith, Pan, Ishtar. Though we do not take to groveling and viewing ourselves as inferior. We are to become as gods to walk among the gods we respect, revere and are sincerely loyal to. This site on the other hand is both funny and retarded. I really can’t take this seriously. Looks like some Christian just decided to put together this site, make god into Satan, and reverse the principles all around for a good ol’ chuckle. But whatever, I have my beliefs and they’re definitely more thorough and intrinsically appealing.

Hey, I dig your site. I agree with all your tenets and truly hope you abide by them and it is more than lip service. It’s an ironic catch-22 that I can’t swear my allegiance to Satan even though I believe in all he stands for (as described here). Because he stands for NOT conforming to any dogma. I feel that my soul would be shackled and not 100% free if I allied it with any dogma. However, I do consider Satan an ally in the struggle against the Oppressor. I also do all I can to further his goals and agenda on earth. I think he is more of an entity than a red man however (see my web site for examples of faux Satan, rock-n-roll superhero). Lastly, my question: How would you differentiate Satanism from Buddhism since enlightenment and freedom from oppression seem like similar tenets of both? I look forward to meeting some of you. CJ.

I would like to try to answer Petersons question. I can’t speak for everyone, but one of the reasons I hide is to avoid the attempts of the evil Jews and Christians to control and brainwash me. Also, we Satanists are greatly feared and still discriminated against despite the freedom of religion constitutional amendment. There is another point I would like to make. Just as Jesus is the light of the world, so to is Satan the darkness. This is why Christians bask in the light and we Satanists lurk in the shadows. It is impossible to follow Satan without embrasing the darkness of the night and the art of secrecy. Just like a serial killer we must blend in with the masses in order to practice our way of life behind closed doors. Many of our indulgences are considered crimes, immoral, and wrong by others. The prince of darkness teaches us how to embrace forbidden pleasures and avoid the persecutions that others would like to bestow upon us. If we can expand the kingdom of Satan and convert others than perhaps this will change. It would certainly be nice to enjoy the pleasures of the flesh and this world without fear of persecution. The problem is that Yahweh, our enemy, would rather see us dead than happy.

AMEN BROTHER! OOPS! I Just said “Amen” WOW! That’s the name of an ancient Egyptian god! I’ll bet you didn’t know that, did you! All the scripture that has just been quoted from the Bible is all taken from earlier more ancient religions predating Judaism and Christianity. Mainly ancient Babylon, Persia, and Egypt. Most people don’t know that because the people who created monotheistic religions such as judaism, then christianity, and later on Islam didn’t want you to know that. They destroyed and burned ancient temples and writings, and even worse they destroyed and burned the people themselves who were still practicing these ancient traditions.
The God you just gave praise to “Jesus Christ” is coming again in clouds of glory! In fact He shall split the eastern sky right about 6:00 AM just like He does every morning. He will do war in heaven (the sky) just like he always does right at dawn by kicking Lucifer (The planet venus) and a third of the angels (the stars) out of the sky so He can reign in glory by lighting up the sky. By 12:00 noon He will be exalted to the thrown of the most high, because at noon is when he always reaches the highest point in the sky.
In the northern hemishere of planet earth Jesus (The Son of God), or shall I say (The Sun God) always reaches His lowest point in the star constellation known as the “Southern Cross” on December 22nd which is the beginning of the sign of Capricorn. He doesn’t start coming back from that point until December 25th (Christmas) That’s 3 days. Jesus is crucified on the cross on December 22nd and is resurrected or “born again” on December 25th. Get the picture my friends? It’s all a big lie!

That’s when anyone who is scared of the dark will start seeing demons, ghosts, boogymen, or whatever their imaginations can come up with.
But then comes Jesus! The bright and morning star. Once again bringing warmth and life. Wake up people of the faith who take these stories literally. Jesus is nothing more than that giant ball of gas at the center of our solar system that in about 3 billion years will finally burn out. Hopefully our species will have evolved enough by then to be able to have the technology of space travel, so we can find another solar system to call home. But first we have to stop beleiving everything we’re told by these preachers and politicians who are always persuading us to go to war for some higher cause like a god or an ideal they created just so they can line their pockets with money they made off oil, weapons sales, drugs, and slavery. They always claim satanists commit human sacrifice when they’re always the ones sending us off to war to be slaughtered.
Just like their ancient ancestors they are still spilling human blood to appease the Sun God. They just keep changing his name in order keep us deceived. Now they kill in the name of Jesus.

Hey there Jesus’ Disciple! What church do you go to? Does your pastor preach all that propaganda about how in order for God to continue “blessing” America then we must continue our support of Israel? If that’s the case then your pastor just sanctioned the murder (or should I say human sacrifice?) of over 300 innocent civilians along the Gaza strip just in the past week. Hamas was tricked into firing those rockets by being given false information, and “God’s chosen People” Israel turned around are now bombing the shit out of helpless men women and children all in the name of your “loving” God. Millions of Iraqi civilians all have been brutally tortured and sacrificed in the name of your “loving God” in the past 6 years. Thousands of our own military personal have all been sacrificed in the name of your “loving God”. If Jesus really is coming soon then the first people he’ll probably send to hell are the people who claim to be his followers, because they continue to beleive everything some preacher tells them from the pulpit rather than doing their own research. If Jesus were to come back the same way he supposedly did the first time the very people who claim to follow him would be the first to crucify him, because he would expose their greed just like he did to the religious and political leaders of his day. He pissed them off and they killed him for it.
If Satan really is the evil one then all these preachers and “Christian” politicians who have supported moving people off their native soil and killing them are secretly his followers. Palestine rightfully belongs to the Palestinian arabs not these fake Israelites (mostly from eastern europe) who are not even genetically descended from Abraham. So Jesus’ Disciple if Satan really is the evil one then we Americans are one nation under Satan not God, because we don’t turn the other cheek we pumell the crap out of anyone who dares to attack us. Look at what we did to the Japanese in World War Two. Look at all that was done to the African Americans and the Native Americans all in the name of your “loving God”. I want to say that for a site promoting a religion seemingly about personal fulfillment you waste a lot of energy putting down the Christian church. Your religion isn’t about yourselves at all, and you don’t love Satan. All of you are angry with God and the Christian church (whether or not for legitimate reasons). By dedicating your life to undermining God, you concede that God is the ultimate power. I respect Satanism, but that is not what this site represents. If you want to revel in your own selfish debauchery your whole life, fine. But let us Christians live in peace.

We don’t go around shoving our religion down people’s throats. We don’t go out on street corners preaching at people, harassing them, and telling them that if they don’t accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior that they’re most certainly destined for hell. I mean it is true that Jesus is the only way and we who have confessed Him as our Lord, and have received salvation are the only one’s going to heaven. We are free because of the blood of Jesus. We are free from the law. That’s why we are the only one’s who can get away with things like molesting little kids, or lying about WMD’s in Iraq. It doesn’t matter what we do we have the peace of mind and the assurance that because of Jesus we, and only we are the one’s escaping God’s Judgement and going to heaven regardless.
So why don’t all you Satanists out ther just let us Christians live in peace. I’m so tired of all you Satanists walking up and down the streets of my neighborhood every Saturday morning knocking on my door while I’m trying to sleep, and passing out liturature. Hey Tonemic! I have a theory on that if you’re willing to listen. I think the reason most fat ugly chicks become Satanists is because they were probably treated like crap, teased and ultimately rejected by guys all through their growing years; especially in school so they turned to Satanism as a form of comfort and revenge. I’ve noticed that most chicks that are into Wicca look about the same.
I don’t claim to be an expert on women here, but I truely beleive that if you want a hottie Satanist you may have to convert her yourself. I know that sounds strange and maybe even impossible, but it may actually be easier than you think. Look how many hot women were and probably still are followers of Anton Lavey (Founding Father of the Church of Satan). I’ll bet you none of those women just woke up one day and decided to become Satanists. Mr. Lavey probably excited them by introducing them to a new religion with a new way of thinking that was out of ordinary compared to their boring, legalistic, Judao-Christian upbringings. Now how he went about it I don’t know, but I have my own idea. You’re probably going to think it’s insane, but here it goes…..
Find the most stuffed shirt, consevative, legalistic church you can find and visit it on a sunday morning service. It could be Catholic, Presbyterian, Baptist, whatever. You will be amazed at how many hot single young women go to these churches and many of them are much more open to new ways of thinking than you might realize, especially if they were raised in the Church they are currently in.
The reason I’m saying this is because other than fundamentalist Islam, Christianity is one of the most oppressive religions toward women there is. Just spend a month attending a regular church and you’ll see what I’m talking about. The women do almost all the ground work in the ministry while the men get all the credit and recognition. Sure they’ll allow the women to sing and even direct the choir. They’ll allow the women to teach sunday school to the little kids or change diapers in the nursery (which is what a lot of them already do all week long anyway), but 99% of churches never allow the women to preach from the pulpit. In fact some churches don’t even allow women to get up on the platform. Many churches tell the women they can’t wear make-up, cut their hair, or even wear pants. I’m not kidding. And a lot of these women are young, single and exceptionally attractive.
I suggest getting just a little involved in the church without actually converting to their relgion. Get to know a few of these girls, and ask them out on dates. If you start developing a serious relationship with one I don’t recomend telling her you’re a Satanist (At least not right away) She’ll run off scared and probably tell the pastor and everyone else, and then you’re screwed. Unfortunately the churches and the media have been very successful at feeding people’s minds with lies about Satanists drinking goats’ blood sacrificing infants. But I guarantee you most of these girls are looking for a guy who excites them; A guy with a bit of a wild streak. And if most of them had their way they would kiss their oppressive religion goodbye for a guy like you who excites them but also treats them with dignity and respect. Look how many beautiful girls fall for guys that we would consider jerks. You don’t know how many really hot women I’ve known all my life who would rather be with an ex-convict who rides a Harley than a religious guy who has his shit together. It’s because the religious guy is usually boring, legalistic, and wants to controll her where as at least the ex-con is wild and adventureous, and that’s what she wants. If you try this you may never totally convert the girl to Satanism, but you will set her free in a lot of other areas in her life that she never would have dared to do on her own if you hadn’t come along.
Most of us guys would ask “Why don’t these women just leave the church on their own?” It’s because women are always looking for that one guy who’ll excite them, sweep them off their feet, and lead them to something better, but untill then the church at least gives them some sense of security. They’re looking for a hero. Here’s an example:
Logically Hillary Clinton should have become the nominee instead of Obama because of her knowledge and years of experience compared to his. Hillary didn’t lose because of male shouvenism, or men. She lost because of other women. Women want men to lead. Especially hot, young, beautiful women. That’s just how nature works. Watch the movie “Titanic”. Rose (Kate Winslet) would have ended up marrying that rich controlling asshole if Jack (Leonardo Dicaprio) hadn’t come along and introduced her to a life of free spiritedness, and liberation from the oppression she was forced to endure.
Who knows you might just find that one girl who is fed up with her current life style and is more than willing to try something new and different as long as you lead her of course. Why? Because YOU THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a link to this on myspace and thought I would take a look. It has a very clean cut layout, I guess my only complaint is a lack of information. I guess that will come in time. I myself am an ordained preist of the First Church of Satan. I noticed that a lot of my fellow Satanist are being quite judgemental on this site stating thier various opinions about what satanism should be. I would just like to remind them that faith or even the lack thereof is very personalized and not to be dictated by anyone but the believer. Satanism allows us many choices and paths to revel in. Good luck in your journey.

Thanks for the forum and the exchange of ideas. I am a member of the Church of Satan. I tend to keep my form of Satanism as a personal experience and don’t make a habit of being preachy.
Because human nature is so diverse, there will naturally be a broad spectrum of Satanists. Unfortunately this is the way it goes when you have to put a label on anything – and the word ‘satan’ is no exception.
For me, it all boils down to something my hero George Carlin said:
“Religion has actually convinced people to believe in a Invisible Man in the Sky.”
I think if we take this as our starting point, we’ll all do fine.

Yeah I used to beleive in all this supernatural/spititual crap. I tried Hinduism, Christianity, New Age and the most divine revelation I ever received from it was that people are nothing but hairless primates with large brains that walk around on two legs. Once I realized that everything made total and perfect sense. When you look at a picture of Jesus you’re looking at a naked primate that other naked primates bow down and worship. Gee! I liked the look of the site & I think it is a good place for those who need the transition from being sheep for christ into being free thinking Satanists. I know many disagree with me & will most likely continue to; I’ve heard tell that a gentle transition is not what Satanism is about, but I have to disagree.
The general practice in many Satanic philosophies is to toss the babes into wilderness & let them fend for themselves, which indeed goes with the credo set forth by LaVey himself that ‘only the strong survive’. Let me ask everyone this, however, how will they learn to be strong unless they are given the opportunity to become that way in a safe, nurturing environment? Do animals birth their young & immediately toss them out to fend for themselves? Granted, some do, but those creatures are designed by millions of years of evolution to already be equipped with the tools to survive. Humans are not built that way. We are communal creatures & need to be guided into self-realization, especially coming from a situation on brainwashing like many are when they leave christianity.
Getting back to my original point, many new Satanists need places like this to make that transition out of brainwashing. They need an environment that is familiar, yet puts out a different message so they can get their bearings & figure out exactly what it is they believe for themselves. Once they’ve gotten to that point, they’ve already found a place they can feel a part of while they go off discovering their own individual ways.
I applaud the efforts of this church & hope they continue in the way they seem to be going & don’t turn into a factory for spitting out black sheep. We’re not just sheep of a different color, we are Satanists! We are the wolves in the sheepfold! The world is ours!

What many of the Anton LaVey worshipers posting here do not understand is that their idol secretly believed in Satan as a REAL BEING but not the judeo-christian “devil’.

Years ago I commited myself to Lord Satan and turned my back forever upon the false christian “god” jehovah ! I will tell you that I could not have been happier ! That was the BEST decision I have ever made, hands down, no doubt about it ! Since that time, I have never waivered in my love for Satan. In fact, it has only grown to the point now that it knows no bounds. I am as commited to Satan as it is possible to be, and i am PROUD to be able to say that publicly ! I love Satan with all my heart and SOUL, and I always will. There isn’t a single cell or atom in my body that isn’t fully and completely commited to Satan. He is the center of my existence and will be for all eternity. I recognize Him as a REAL Deity, and I bow down to Him as such. I praise His name on a daily basis. Is this a joke??? To salvage what he can, he sends his son and they kill him. No particular reason they just dont like him very much, especially the high priest, wich is exactly gods plan. The high priest get Jesus killed and thereby grants god the ultimate sacrifice neccesary to redeem humanity. Annas did his job very well as a high priest.

This is a nice clean looking website, almost humorus (in the nicest way possible) in how professional and mirror-image-like the website is to a conventional Christian website.
I would like to extend an open disagreement:
Satan, first and foremost is NOT an external anthropromorphic deity or figure. He is an archetype in the Jungian sense, a symbol of a true path to God – A representation of the balance point between Good and Evil – Destruction AND creation. Both God and Satan are NOT real external figures to be worshipped.
Secondly, there is already a Church of Satan (est. 1966 or Anos Satanis One) that goes by the above argument. Although I am not a member, I suggest reading the Satanic Bible by Anton LaVey, as it gives a clear (yet rabble rousing) picture of the Satanic Ethics.
This website or “church” seems to be a hybrid rip-off of LaVeyian Ethics & pathethic idol worship. A real Satanist does not bend a knee, A real Satanist doesn’t even believe in Satan.

I’ll have to agree with these posts. I stumbled upon this site and while I praise the openness and vigor with which you are preaching the word of Satan, I must say that I am an atheistic Satanist, I became a Satanist BECAUSE of the humanism and anti-deism and the logic that those aspects presented. On the other hand, I will admit that sometimes we, as Satanists, must personalize (NOT deify) Satan simply as a reminder to ourselves that we choose to follow a faith that is BY humans FOR humans. We must not praise Satan as an entity but praise the Satan within outselves. Praise the knowledge that has been bestowed upon us by Satan. Unlike ‘The Oppressor’, we ARE Satan and Satan is we. Therefore we MUST give praise to the Satan within ourselves, I believe that is what this site is trying to convey.

And as for Eerriiiiccccc… Um, i’m sorry but I was raised Catholic… even went to Catholic school for years where I was forced to go to church at least 3 times a week, sometimes 4. Only the most pious and pompous would dare say that Christianity and Catholocism (and Protestant and Lutheranism for that matter, even Judaism in some aspects) are not the same religion. They believe in the SAME deity and celebrate the same fables and stories, albeit with slight twists and variations on how they wish to conduct their worship. Which, I would state is further proof of the absolute ridiculousness of the idea of your religion. If ‘God’ is absolute, and his ‘love’ is absolute… shouldn’t so be his ‘word’?? Seems a bit hypocritical to me. Fact is, while yes you are right that Catholics are the most abhorrent perpetrators of violence in the history of mankind, that doesn’t in any way, shape or form, exonerate or redeem the hate crimes committed by Christians or any other Judeo-Christian organization. Catholocism stemmed from Christianity and so on and so forth. So your argument is automatically moot.

Xb69… You’re right, i totally agree with you. However, you’re not speaking with Theistic Satanists here. I’d say that the vast majority of TRUE Satanists are not Theistic Satanists. Unless of course they’re a 15 year old that just really likes metal and thinks saying ‘Hail Satan’ is just rebellious enough to make them stand out in their high school and thus justify wearing all black at school. But those people are fools. And you’re wrong about the pentagram, it’s meant to signify the unity between carnality and spirituality. Most Satanists would wear a regular pentagram rather than an inverted one anyways.

xb69… I’m not quite sure if I follow what your saying. I do value innocent life, not just human life. And you’re right, Might is Right.. however, I think you’re misinterpretting the meaning of those words. Just because I have the might to take an innocent life, does not, in a cosmic sense, give me the right to take it. Satanists value ALL life, but in the end, our own life is the most important. So killing an animal, lets say, just for the ‘sport’ of it, is WRONG. Same thing with killing a man. However, if an animal or man were coming at me to harm me then all bets are off. That beings life is automatically forfeit. Does that make sense?
And who says Satanists believe that human life doesn’t benefit us? Satanism is all about recognizing the importance in yourself and respecting the things that enrich your life. So if something or someone benefits me as a person, than I absolutely value that to the utmost degree, because I choose to let it benefit me. Satanism isn’t about hating everyone… it’s about placing real value on the things that enrich your life and shunning those that bring you nothing but trouble.

Satan may be a magnificent guide, but only the self can truely be master. Hold the devil dear and close, but hold your own head the highest. Trading one submisson for another is no way to go. And why settle for only ONE of the two evils? Take advantage of every aspect around you and your surroundings with work in your will. The Christian god does have alot to offer, and I don’t believe (at least through my experiences) that he requires complete devotion. Taste both sides of the mushroom, make your brights brighter and your darks darker. Truely experience existence to the fullest by going everywhere it can take you. When you can get something, take it as you see fit, no matter which mask advertises it.

Its not that I hate Christians, I just hate their stubborn mule ways, believe me if you all weren’t so pushy on us believing in the oh so all mighty god of yours I wouldn’t be so hateful against you.
Like you get insulted when I say something about Lucifer, I get insulted when you say something about God. You don’t see us satanists going around passing out fliers and saying “Lucifer wishes to speak with you every night, please open your heart to him”… wrong, my dear Lesly, You see, no one gets near me for I wear pretty much all my satanic jewelery, like you wear your crosses, just simply put.
Now just a reminder for all of you Christians… you are supposedly sinning when you go to clubs, drink and make out with random people, Satanism taught us to accept our sins as they are and not lower ourselves as to pray for forgiveness, we are independent people as you should all be but like you all say… your ‘God’ gave us the freedom of choice, so respect our choice as we respect yours… don’t pray for us, we are already ‘lost souls’ and we don’t plan to turn back.
So please, don’t even bother, or I’ll start praying to Lucifer that you all need a lesson, but once again I won’t stoop to your level and pray. Praying shows weakness within yourself, so please think yourself strong and accept life the way it is.

Well lesley, I became a Satanist because it best suits my needs. I don’t believe in God and atheism isn’t as exact to me as Satanism is. As for self-awareness…. Christianity is mainly for masochists who want to believe they aren’t. I believe that when you die, it’s the same thing as falling asleep. There is no afterlife. Heaven and hell are man made fiction. I think the main reason man made christianity is to console the mind. Christianity usually appeals to people who are understimulated and don’t want to take full responsibility for their actions. It seems to comfort those who are ashamed of pride and their own egos. That and Christianity uses tools to keep its members faithful. The seven deadly sins are ALL unavoidable and totally natural to the human animal. All religions would not exist without humans.

Satanists don’t serve any “lords” except ourselves. We believe there are no Gods (or devils!). Why is being like Christ so good anyway? If he really did avoid ALL sins, then he is less than Human.
Also, if God is ALL POWERFUL, and is in TOTAL CONTROL, then we have no free will as individuals. And if He did give us free will, then He is NOT all powerful, since we can control our own actions.

Because to Satanists, Satan is a SYMBOL rather than an actual God. We believe what Satan REPRESENTS is correct over God, but both are man made fiction. Satan, in mythology, represents “vital existence” and earthly pleasures. We like that. Jesus represents Slave Morality and self sacrifice.
If a Satanist is victorious, we don’t give credit to “God’s will” for our success, we take all credit we deserve for our hard work. Therefore, we are our OWN redeemers. Since everything that occures from our actions is of our own doing, giving credit away to a god would be irresponsible! We take full responsibility for our actions, which not everyone likes to do. Most Christians blame their actions on “the devil’s temptations”. Thats silly.
Everything good that comes out of our actions is all our doing, so we make OURSELVES “gods”. Thats all it means.

It looks to me that most of what i have read about this site and the comments made by others that you are all so confused. Satanism comes from christianity, christianity comes from judeasm, judeasm comes from mesopotamia. Most of you are reciting passages from the bible {bible means biblica in greek which translates to many books}. There are countless “books” that were not arranged to be put in the bible for reasons that are not important in this message. To quote from the bible is absurd. In order to achieve understanding, one must research these “books” and the origanality. Once you have traveled down this path there is no turning back. For ignorance is bliss. The truth will set you free.
Most of these “books” origins are written in a dead language. In these writtings or “books” one discovers that christian dogma is nothing but a lie manifested by the powers at be. As with most religions it is nothing more then mind control. Majority of the people back then could not read or wright and were oppressed and ruthlessly subjacated. To the point of why bother living and why not fight back. Well the leaders of the times conveyed a message to the masses that one can burn for eternity if they fought back. {this is a crude outline but i will not go into detail to keep it simple} Mind control.
Now when you do the resaerch of the origen of christianity you find that the starting point is with Jacob. Jacob had come from Ur, {a city state in mesopotamia} with his father Terah. {Now names at the time allso translated into phrases or things. For instance my name is Daniel and in hebrew its origin means “the most high is my judge”} Due to his name, Terah we find is a high priest in the city state of Ur and to a local diety.{One can do the research to find out that diety’s name, its not important now in this message}
Now in mesopotamia there was no one deity but a pantheon of deitys. These deitys lived and breathed like us, looked like us, acted like us. They were called the annunaki, which means those from heaven to earth came. Intrestingly one finds that the mesopotamian creation mythos are chillingly the same thing as genises is in the bible, but more illuminating. What one allso finds out is how man was made and why, how the solar systeme came to be, and who and what the annunaki were and are. As i said that is just the book of genesis.
Then if you look into a earlier time of egyption mythos you see more of the traits of christianity and judeasm. There are more clues there that are over whelmming. Like the deity Osiris the Krestous. Same story as Jesus just about. A little more research and you allso find out that the hebrews were something differrent then what is taught in schools. Hence the nazi’s. But history is for the victors. { His-story} Now dont forget most archeology was done by german scholars, and what they learned set the world afire, WW1 and 2. Now dont get scared off now because I am getting racial. I didnt make history, i am reciting it.

To me, being a satanist is not what you claim to be, to believe in a made up deity by the powers at be.Being a satanist is just as what the name means. {satan=shaitin=prosacuter/accuser} For the name yawey/IHVH does not mean a deity either. I’m a free thinker, I question my surroundings, and will not believe in something just because that’s how it’s always been. Satan is for strong people that are mature enough to accept death as the natural cycle of all living creatures, we die, the electric charge in our brain dissipates, and our bodies decompose and provide nutrients for other forms of life. Satan should be the definition of honesty, Satan is not going give you a security blanket of empty promises and a false knowledge. You will be stronger more motivated to better your life instead of wasting your life waiting for a better one that’s never coming. And the .01% chance that God was real I would turn my back on St. Peter’s gate and gladly spend eternity with Satan in the abyss, Cause Satan has always been a positive force while God’s always negative. I’ve researched both sides with a open mind and respect, debated with close minded ignorant bible thumpers that become violent and disrespectful that pitifully cling on to their failing evidence for ways to attack back. The decision to follow Satan was evident and clear with no regrets of fear of being wrong. I can go on for hours explaining why Satan is the answer and God is inadequate in every way. This is just a small gesture to Our True Father, and have promised to defend the honor of myself and my Fellow Satanist brethren. I call myself Leviathandeth cause I will appear from the depth and convert my knowledge into an immense force focused to destroy the thick shells of the righteous and leave them nothing. Those willing to accept Satan will be welcomed with open arms, Cause the Satanist should feel pity for all people of faith, The Satanist have the clearest view of our lives and our surroundings . I love SATAN! HAIL SATAN! I become satanist when I ended up in juvenile hall everyone their told me to get closer to jesus and read the christian bible and so I did. I hated it! Their was nothing in that I agreed with it showed that christianity was the right religion unlike catholicism, mormon, jevohas witness and so many others. I knew atheism wasnt the answer since I knew their was a higher power than me and I found it, it was SATAN. I learned more about it and saw a reflection mirror I knew it was the right religion for me.

Truth is, Satan never created a single living being, but he destroyed many.
He’s like the proverbial kidnapper preying on the ignorance and innocence of children offering them candy and tales to turn them against their parents.
Truth is, Christians don’t murder, but people who worship themselves and Satan often pose as Christians and often believe themselves to be Christians when in fact they are not.
Truth is to know God is to love Him. You would not have life if God had not given it to you. Your food, your clothing, the very gravity that holds your feet down on this earth rather than drifting off into space all come from God. Whatever love life you have ever had is only possible because of the grace and gifts of love from the God you call the Oppressor.
Truth is your so-called Satan is a coward and an oppressor. Just try leaving your religion and becoming a Christian and you will find out how much this brute loves you. You’ll be abused, belittled, insulted, and quite possible even attacked or killed or haunted if you try to leave unless you are covered with the protection of Someone more powerful, more loving, more sincere, more legitimate.
Oh, yeah. As for hypocrisy, it’s all a concoction of your own dear Satan. He is the one who invented hypocrisy and cowardice and lying and adultery and betrayal and ungratefulness and arrogance and the stupidity that cannot see the importance of other people.
Furthermore, if you spend eternity with this fool of all fools, plan on fire and stench. You may want to drink a few dog diarrhea shakes and after you get your mouth full, try blowing it out your nose for a little more sensation. Then carve a few gashes into your inner thighs and pour a little alcohol on them and light them on fire. Better yet, have someone tie you down so you will be powerless to get free. If you’re creative, you may find way to torture yourself as much as anyone else has ever been tortured on this earth. And, then when you’re finally face to face with this Satan, you’ll see how good he is at calling you a stupid fool and multiplying your torment a thousand or trillion or more times than anything you ever thought possible as you realize you’re locked in and can never get out of your eternal home.
From there, you will never have a chance to talk to God or see God or get protection or feel the love of God ever again.
Hell is a good place for Satan. It’s not a good place for you or me.
That’s why the Bible says the fool hath said in his heart there is no God.
The Blood of Jesus shed on Calvary showed death had no power over God.
Satan is not an opposite equal to God. There is no parity. Satan is infinitely inferior to God. Not just a little inferior. Not just a close competitor. Satan is nothing compared to God.
On judgment day as you stand before God, you will be asked about your motives and about your sin, and you will see Satan turn against you and bring accusations against you for every sin and every excuse you ever made. Satan himself will tell God that He cannot send Satan to hell unless he sends you to hell, too, and if you don’t repent and accept Jesus’ plan of salvation, then Jesus will have to tell you to depart. He will have no choice because that would be the right and just and honest thing to do. You will suffer judgment not at the hands of a dishonest and unfair God, but at the hands of a true and loving and honest and fair God, and every excuse you make will bring an indictment against you.
And, there will be nothing you or Satan or anyone can do to stop it. It will be too late.
So, your offer of salvation is here for the time being, but after this life is over, it is done. The choice for eternity will be made, and there will be no turning back. Ever.
I have to assume from the things you say here that you fully intend to stay on the path to hell, and to hell you will go, and to hell your loved ones will go as you lead them there by your example. They will feel the burning hate of your betrayal upon their souls and will find you a liar and a hypocrite who brings false accusations against God together with your leader, the accuser of the brethren. And for a time you will think you are going to win. But, again, your Satan cannot compete with a God who can throw out an array of tens or hundreds of billions of galaxies containing tens or hundreds of billions of stars with their solar systems.
Your Satan and the whole of his following don’t have what it takes to defeat the smallest shaving of the smallest toenail of God’s feet. It’s zero percent, folks, whether you like it or not. Zero percent, and zero Satan will always be. Forever.
Satan has no righteousness. He has no sincerity or love. He has no trustworthiness. Only arrogant fools follow Satan. Satan is already a defeated foe. A loser.
Nero burned Rome and blamed it on the early Christians so he could crucify and torch up Christian men, women and children by the roadside and use them to light the roads. Still, Christians would not suck up to this idiot. They had the power of character and the love and the sincerity to take the nails and the flames rather than cave to Satan.
Countless martyrs died at the hands of Satan serving hypocrites, some of which called themselves Christians, some Atheists, some called themselves Muslims, and the servants of Satan called themselves anything that would give them a feeling of power and backing without the least interest in truth.
My God took the nails. In fact, my God created this world and this universe and the animals and plants for human kind to bless human kind and then created mankind willfully knowing He would have to take the nails for them to serve the interests of justice and mercy and grace and love at the same time.
My God has a backbone. Yours doesn’t. Your Satan is a loser, a dweeb, a pathetic abusive hypocrite to the core of his being. He had been given so much from God and in fact there is not one thing He has that has not been given to him that did not come from God other than his bad character which he chose for himself.
You don’t owe Satan anything. There is not one single blessing he ever gave you. He only taught people to abuse the blessings of God to bring harm to each other and injustice and to bring dishonor to God. Your Satan is an unjust being, and he only thinks he is great because he is a blithering idiot compared to God, unaware of the greatness of God, unwilling to admit to an obvious truth.
Like it or not, your Satan will go to hell, and there is not a thing he can do about it.

hahaha… so it’s been a while since i’ve been on here. Glad to see Vergil is still the resident ‘watch dog’ for the board. It’s just funny that people of other faiths sit on here slamming our beliefs as if any of their half-hearted attempts are convincing enough to even have us switch from coke to diet coke… it’s like you dont’ even believe your own argument. I personally know plenty of so-called ‘Christians’ that don’t even know their own faith. Hell, my ex-girlfriend who was a reputed ‘athiest’ would attempt to mock me about being a Satanist, ha, yah that’s why she’s my Ex… when you don’t know anything about religion in ANY form, don’t try to come to people who have enlightened themselves in their own. My own path to Satan was paved in the words and the pages of other faiths and when I absorbed all the knowledge I could and extrapolated all of the similarities and hypocrisies therein, it was then that I discovered the teachings of Anton LaVey and realized what all Satanists believe… We are not made, we are born. We don’t go to your boards writing about how countless lives are lost every day in the name of your religion and how right now, somewhere in the world, a man who took a vow of celebacy is violating a poor innocent child while also leading a charge against gay rights and furthering the advancement of our society as a people, not as an economic, materialistic machine. This is one of the best satanic websites I have ever come across…and with a wonderful sense of humor, as well!
Of course there is division between those who believe in a theistic deity of Satan and those who do not. As intelligent human beings, sometimes it is pleasant to be able to agree to disagree without trying to convert, persuade, or manipulate others. (or flame them with ridiculous hate postings that are filled with nothing but mindless assertion that is all too common with online forums)
Anyway, I just wanted to thank the creators of the site…great job!
I find it absolutely hilarious to see jesus freaks come on places like this and type in all CAPS their hateful and judgmental garbage, attempting to argue thier position with nothing but circular rhetoric and blind assertion. Someone should really remind them that “because I said so” is not a logical or valid argument.

I find it ironic that some christians will go out of their way to use ALL CAPS and shout the name of jesus and point the all mighty finger at us blasphemers. I commend this site for producing a way for fellow satanists to communicate with one another in total freedom. Have you ever been to a christian forum like this one and seen screw jesus or love satan or you will die in all capital letters? If you have, then it was probably some teenager trying to show his rebellious side. But, you will never find a true satanist that will go to such lengths as to even search for a christian site. The thought of it makes me cringe. None the less, thank you for letting me speak and I hope everyone has a great day! Love for all deserving, hate for those who don’t.

I am a satanist…in my heart and in my mind i believe that none should be oppressed. Weather they are Christian, Islamic, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, Satanist, etc… But i will point out that much of this content on this site HAS intruded on the right of many blind and ill willed people who are blindly following the “neochristian” way. It’s not their fault. So we should not persecute them, for doing so makes us just as bad. True, i have been accosted by many for my beliefs, but i simply wished them to shed their garments of ignorance. Hate begets hate, and if we are all filled with hatred then that means that hatred too is oppressing us.
Lastly, I am not sure which sect of “satanism” this site is dedicated to, The theistic side or philosophical. But regardless of which viewpoint it is of, i would like to bring to everyone’s attention that giving your soul to any deity is giving away ones free will. Be it “god” or “Satan”. Its trading in one for another. Your soul is your own.

None of this matters. Not one little bit. As you believe, so you will live. What you believe shapes your life and it doesn’t matter what you believe in. Certainly not at any conscious level for all subconscious beliefs overrule any conscious ones (the reason much magick and prayer fails).
Each of us may well exist in our own universe which overlaps everyone else’s. What is true in mine, is not necessarily true in yours.
Monotheists! Don’t get angry (those who are angry) for you are then sinning against your god. You cannot love thy neighbour… and then smash his face in because his opinion differs from yours.
Satanists (OK, can be classed as monotheism, but what the hell). Rise above the taunts and provocations… simply ignore it (as many are). In rationality, you are wiser and should be less easily provoked emotionally.
The Oppressor, if a supernatural entity (whatever it’s name, is does not matter) will die when we stop feeding it mental energy. It feeds on our anger, our hatred, our wars, our prayers, fears, anxieties – maybe our very souls. The day it is forgotten by all, it will die.

I recently discovered Satanism (admittedly, I found it through a facebook quiz), and I find it really interesting. I’ve been an athirst all my life, and have never believed any creationism bullcrap. After looking into both atheistic and theistic Satanism, I found the ideas of atheistic Satanism more appealing to me. I mean no offense to anyone, but doesn’t worshipping Satan seem a lot like worshipping a god? I would like to learn more about both though.
This website talks a lot about the Oppressor. I have many Christian friends who seem happy enough. Of course they could be mislead, But this site seems to be taking it a little too far. I thought Satanism encourages tolerance of all faiths and beliefs?
To all those who are praising god here: Please don’t bother, we’ve made up our minds and so have you. You aren’t going to convert us with your flawed arguments and pick-and-choose beliefs. This IS a real religion, and we aren’t misguided or fooled by Satan. We will respect you and your beliefs, so please follow your own rules and do the same.

I spent my entire life studying theology and the occult. I was a pastor for many years. My life was in a constant state of confusion and mental torment. I knew in my heart that the way of xtianity was not true. I finally gave in to my heart and dedicated my life to Satan and found love, joy and peace. I am still amazed at the hatred and venom that spits from the mouth of the so called xtians towards anyone who does not accept their beliefs. This was a lesson I learned all to well as a pastor. My congregation were some of the most unforgiving and judgemental indivisuals I have ever met. Most of the true satanists I have met do not judge and do not try to force their beliefs on others. Personally I believe that Satan is the true god, and that jehova is simply a demiurge. The xtians have it backwards, and if they would only take the time to study where their belief system actually came from their eyes would be opened. But, that is their choice and as I learned in the Marine Corps…I may not agree with what you say, but I will die to protect your right to say it.
Bottom line is this…I have found Satan to be a loving and caring god, who protects us from the wrathful hatred of Jehova.
This is my story, and I’m sticking to it.

I am a former satanist, I prayed to the image of Baphomet, and through self worship I worshiped the entity of satan. I believe in the truth of Free Will, but I know that the freedom of the self is through YHWH. For example the tree of Knowledge, we have the freedom to choose our oun path whatever it may be. therefore I respect your choice to follow satan just as G-d does. Does’t mean we won’t reap what we sow though. Y-h is not the condemner nor the “Oppressor” we are, we enslave ourselves to ourselves and say it’s freedom. The whole purpose of the tree of Knowledge was freedom of choice. We strive to be ourselves by rejecting Him only to see in the end we’re just a fabrication of our own imagination and not what we were created to be originally. I didn’t accept Yeshua blindly TRUST ME, I’ve always thought for myself and always will. I challenge you to challenge Him, satan comes as an angel of light, but YHWH’s light is his source. I’ve been at the bottom of the Abyss and I can tell you from experience satan has nothing for you but a cold icy death, and he takes great pleasure in your end. But for now eat, drink, and be the best sinner you can be, because tomorrow you’ll see you’ve always have been dead trying to live your “lives”. We all know our selves with or without satan. I support Mago’s thoughts. None of us are in chained servitude. When one says they honour or worship Satan, that person is honouring and celebrating the power of thier own existance. Satan is a symbiotic reflection of our own divine nature, our creative dark force and part of the mysteries and sentience in the universe. This is agreed upon by many of us and is in line with original thinking of Anton LaVey. We are free thinkers and not controlled by a book of dead fairy tales, nor controlled by an invisible man. Through ritual we focus our minds, revel in the pleasure of being alive and commune with the mysteries. I have true peace in being a Satanist. Although I’m 50 now I still get surprised by intelligent people getting fooled and believing in Xtianity, and how they are so vicious. I get somewhat saddened when Satanists get like this and attack others so regularly online. Being Satanic shouldn’t be a synonym for anger. We are hopefully a little better than all that. I would like to see us compromise a bit, and work on our image. There’s no Satanic law against manners and even kindness now and again for those deserving, and until they’ve crossed me somehow I harbour no ill will.
I read the Satanic Bible when i was 14, and a big light came on. I wasn’t the only one! I always knew the bible was a load of nonsense because when I was little, my fairy tales made more sense and were easier to believe. There was more evidence around to prove Dracula existed than jesus as far as I was concerned. but like lots of others I felt I couldn’t admit all that out loud. Like many, I too was a phony and although I still was Satanic , would just say I was New Age or agnostic, studied Crowley , and Golden Dawn etc. Then I came right back. Satan chose me i guess. I even ended up on stage with Bob Larsen many years ago, out of the closet for sure. My wife has even come over to the old Lleft Hand Path and feels great, after being screwed over by the church for years previously. All is well and I wish you all well.

I am not a Satanist or christian. Ive read the christian Bible four times cover to cover (when i was christian…) and the Satanic Bible twice cover to cover. Satanists speak of freedom… all the while they are only binding themselves in different Chains. while you may not worship satan directly(which is irrelevant whether you do or not) I have to wonder… why is it Satanists try so hard to smash christians? the entire satanic bible is simply a mockery of the christian bible. as though lavey took the bible and simply wrote the exact opposite of it said. this seems to be a pointless waste of time to me… i make fun of christians but i never allow them to bring me into their frame of thinking… which is exactly what has happened to satanists… you are still in their frame, simply taking on the adversary role… why do that? what is the point? christianity will die off soon, and therfore so would satanism… i know satanism stands for the “Individual” bleh i says to this. consider the following:

I enjoyed reading some of the literature on this site, but would have to disagree with the satanic prayers. I for one believe all gods and all religions hold mankind back from true accomplishment. There are so many things we can accomplish as a species if we could just get aside of our religious differences which in my mind will never happen. Religion is like a bunch of daughters fighting over who is daddys favorite little gir. As long as these monetary systems exist, there will be no freedom from these religious chains. Television is one of the provides and with it people take television willingly and with a smile shackle themselves to such religious slavery. What kind of slave are you? that all depends on your continental upbringing. What region you are born in and what your contry bestows on you. However, I do like this site because I cant stand any ideology that bares a cross and this site is an attempt to pull you from their strangle hold. But I cant see myself asking for something or someone that I have never seen, felt, tasted, touched or smelled as my master. I must say, this is an impressive website honoring our Lord. I was shocked when the page came up, I had to start reading to make sure this was where I wanted to be. I thank whom ever took the time. I was begining to feel alone here in Tucson, I read some on craigslist…….I found i’m still alone or went to the wrong area. The posts I found looked like childish banter. A little about me, I came back to Tucson in 2001. In 2002, I met my first and to date, only, Luciferian. He taught me of the way of Satan and the difference between Satan and Lucifer. To change society, you need to be in a position of power and influence. Not within authority, but within yourself and around people.
The first step towards building a better tomorrow is building a better today, and that begins with ridding god from the unconscious mind, for it is there that god has us in chains.
In terms of ability:
Satan is “I can” (conscious)
God is “I can’t” (unconscious ruling the conscious through fear)
The unconscious loves to make the opposite statement and take the opposite action, and this is because that is the part of us where god resides, like a parasite, controlling us with self-defeating habits and fears. He resides there because we are programmed since birth to accept god, through priests, television and radio, parents, society. Most of it is subliminally installed and subliminally passed on.
Love yourself first, then you will develop new habits and a new unconscious way of being, and then free yourself from god and can make things better.

It is wise to remember that positive emotion and a state of joy in general is poison to god, who can only thrive in an atmosphere if negative emotion and pain. An argument that a child might be having? Well then this is good, for their minds are far less programmed and rigid than ours.
Look deeper into history at those documents older that biblical references – those that were not burned – and you will find your proof.
As for how did everything begin? It didn’t. There was no beginning and there will be no end. The idea of Creation is a response of the Finite, incapable as it is of comprehending the Infinite, which is not an invisible man living in the sky and has no sentience.
And the “God” creature? Well, here’s one possibility: thoughts affect reality. 7000 years plus of believing in this egotistical monster (and the self deprecation of humanity) have created a Thought Form, one which believes itself to be what we thought it up to be. And, if you read the literature, it is a very nasty thing indeed (there are no excuses for “supreme beings” behaving badly)
Another possibility is that this “god” creature is an alien life form composed of different matter and energy than ourselves, perhaps even living in more (or less) than our 3 dimensions.
Either way, God is a nasty piece of work.

you think i’m dumb or brainwashed or what have you, but all i’m here to say is that people selfish and wicked from birth. i know it to be true about myself. a child is only concerned about his own will and desires. that’s because of the disobedience of our father adam in the beginning when he willingly listen to the rebellious angel. now we all have an inherent sinful nature, and that’s the root of that hypocrisy you see among those who bear then name of Christ. either they are still awaiting the time when they be glorified like Jesus or they falsely call unto Him while still seeking their own. just because someone worships Jesus doesn’t mean they can practice perfection, because all people are still limited by this tainted flesh that decays from the day we’re born. anyway, God loves us, no matter what you may think, and He desired for us to be restored to Him. so for a time the person of the Son descended from His glory and took on the form of man so that He could practically live a life that fulfilled the requirements of righteousness. He validated His claims to deity by countless miracles, and as that “spotless lamb” He offered Himself up as a sacrifice for us. He took on Himself the necessary punishment for our sin. He atoned man with God. and it didn’t end there. He rose again, giving us a hope in the resurrection and ascended to heaven where He now continues in glory and honor. and the day is coming when He will have fulfilled His patience. then He’ll be back with judgment for those who rejected Him, including the rebellious angels.
i’ve tried serving myself. there was a time when the only god i lived for was me. but my iniquity was made evident and as well His truth and redemption. i repented, turned from my love of sin in heart and my to Jesus, and trusted in the promise He made to save me. and that was it. He has never failed me and i know that even when hardship comes He is in control working it out for my good and His glory.

and also, when I mean real Satanists, real Luciferians, I truly hope that is the people who run this site. And to me, Satanists are not “sinisterists” neither Luciferians. I have dealt with some trauma, both physical and verbal abuse, and alot of this came from orthodox and evangelical christians, and also from “laveyans”, and “satanists” and even “luciferians”. So I really don’t care what someone calls themselves if they are not really accepting and support freedom and individuality I can’t be too involved if at all. I know in my heart real Luciferians and Satanists will accept and embrace me, I have alot to offer the community, and wish to work together with them. Many times I have tried and perhaps it was just with the wrong people. All the “satanists” and “luciferians” I have met in real life minus a select few, have been very controlling, somewhat sexist, hypocritical, violent, and even life threatening, towards myself in very uncalled for ways. This is NOT what I am looking for and this is NOT what Satan/Lucifer is about. It was like I met a string of “inverse christians”, and was very immature. I don’t think we should allow christians to define what our ancient heritage is, because that is shooting oneself in the foot, definitely in the long run, and also Anton Lavey though he was well researched in the beginning, he sold out, and I do respect and apply much of the modern symbolic laveyan philosophy, I am in full awareness of the literal existence of Lord Satan, and many other spirit/supernatural beings and entities of many religions. So, I do wish to be involved with others who are of the Left Hand Path, though I do not wish to meet anymore “inverse christians” or “sadists”. I am not a sadist, even though I support vengence as long as it is truly deserved.

Being raise Catholic, even attending a Catholic seminary, I never felt accepted by god or jesus. I felt alone and different.
Now that I’ve accepted Satan as my lord, my life is full, exciting and sinfully satiating. I wish I had done this years ago.

I completely agree with Nefarious.
I respect this religion for its bravery and honesty and attempt at individuality. But–in my opinion–I see the Redeemer Church of Satan as basically an exact opposite of what you would see in a Christian church, except still praise and worship intact. The Satanist does not pray–to pray is to request and to request something of another is completely non-Satanic. To worship Satan is to mock Christianity and that is not what Satanism is about; it is about minding yourself and keeping to yourself and your own life; creating your own, original, and simple ways of appreciating life and indulgences.
I am a Satanist deriving from LaVeyan philosophy. So, more or less, an Atheistic Satanist, meaning, I shun the idea of deities and their worship. We do not believe Satan is a physical or spiritual figure, but more as an idea. Satan is what is inside us, Satan is what we are. He represents indulgence instead of abstinence, He represents vital existence instead of “spiritual pipe dreams”, He represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit, and so forth.
It seems to me and many others that this is a mockery and formidable misrepresentation of Satanism and the Church of Satan.
Now, there was no statement of the Redeemer Church of Satan to be some kind of denomination of Satanism. So this could be confusing and misinforming to many people who are seeking out Satanism and its philosophy. If some Christian were to hop on here (not saying that they have any business or say), they would see “Lord Satan, help the Christians kill each other off so that we might have a better world.” and would get a COMPLETE misinformation about Satanism, because that is the epitome of what we want to avoid and what mainstream society feeds on.
In Satanism, the killing of another human being is forbidden, unless you are attacked personally, endangering yourself and/or your loved ones. It is a shame that we must deal with the hypocrisy of Christianity and many other God/Christ-derived worshipers, but we make ourselves appear as the ‘evil’ ones, the savage beast, if we were to pray and wish unreasonable death upon a man or several that we simply do not agree with.
This religion is not representing Satanism the way it was intended.
However, I–again–have respect for the people who have come out of their fearful shells and proudly accepted the Satanic lifestyle (whether it is incorrectly established or not), and it is nice to know that there are others like myself. I have accepted Satanism as a part of me for years now, and I remain a proud and active member of the Church of Satan.
I wish you a happy and independent life.

Being a LaVeyan Satanist, and having a rather share of piercings and concealed tattoos, I’ve been scolded as a ‘poser’ and an inarticulate representation of LaVeyan philosophy. I’ve been labeled as a mainstream fish and so on. So we are all bullied, scorched, labeled, and insulted, no matter who we are or what we believe–be it common sense or not.

(Not to burden everyone with my persistence) But in the Satanic religion as represented by Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan; Satan does not come to you in the midst of night, nor does he speak to your through a burning shrub, nor do visions of demons dancing in Hell occur to you through visions. Satan is a way of life–Satan IS life. It is to indulge in what life has to offer, and to avoid the abstinence of the white-light religions. To keep pride in yourself, but still withhold proper respect toward the law and others around you (unless shown example of disrespect toward you or a loved one.) Satanism is not about turning the other cheek. We are about vengeance and people being held accountable for their actions.
To be presented to Satanism is to be yourself. Live life and love the people who love you. Go to work, do what you enjoy doing, and bring money to the household. Live life the way you want to live it and enjoy it. Dear Christians who are attacking this movement…
1 Corinthians 2:8. Read it. Think it over. You’re right… the devil IS a liar… and so is your preacher. If you really read your Bible, you’ll notice that it was Adam and Eve who became “Elohim” and this word is mentioned over 4000 times in your Bible to refer to kings, fascist dictators, “Lords” and land owners. Furthermore, Seth’s line was called “Man” and Cains line was Elohim. Sons of God was literally “behei ha-elohim.” The same elohim who Adam and Eve became.. the same Elohim Jesus accused the pharisees of being in John 10:34 and the same elohim who were threatened by the construction of the tower of Babble- your preacher will have you think the people were doing this in defiance of God but if you open up your Bible and read it with your own lazy brain… You’ll see that the people were doing nothing wrong at all and Elohim got angry. The same elohim who went to the daughters of man (Seth’s daughters) and had children by them…
I could go on and on, here. But Jesus knew this was all screwed up and exposed it. This is why he died. Jesus was sort of a solipsist/buddhist. The last supper and other such events can be just as validly interpreted to refer to reincarnation and the karmic wheel as the stupid vampire ritual and blood rite the priests have you partaking in.
John 3:16 BELIEVE does not mean KILL. Nowhere in the Bible does it say Jesus’ death was our salvation. Paul even said that he had been crucified with Christ… Galations something or other, I forget. Because we were meant to take our cross and follow him in order to FIND HIM. Find what, exactly? The Truth. Jesus was THE TRUTH, the LIFE, and THE WAY. God, on the other hand was defined as ALL THINGS. In the book of Job he says that he created evil, and thus it is a part of him… Very yin and yangish of him/it. The gospel of Thomas said that the kingdom is within and all around you. The church has been persecuting brilliant people for centuries because they ere a threat to their brainwashing cult and the money they made from their brainwashed cult members. People like Copernicus were killed for saying the earth was round and the book of Revelation is actually about the stars… I’d imagine they killed Jesus for exposing this as well… he was brought up by the secret keepers, after all. I’m sure they taught him everything they knew. Including how to heal the sick.
In any case… 1 Corinthians 2:8 states that the disciples were teaching “hidden wisdom” (occult means hidden)… This hidden gnosis, they state, is not known by anyone who crucifies Christ. The Bible also states that those who are pure in heart will see God and those who do evil have not seen God (the karmic wheel of a solipsist existence)…
It also says in Revelation that the synagogue of Satan will be the ones to bow and prove God’s love…
These means that it will not be the Christians who are saved but the Satanists. Heaven will be full of the forgiven murderers who sold Jesus out for their own soul… Should such a place exist I am thankful to be left behind, for the meek shall inherit the earth. Not the Jesus killing prideful LYING Christians.
What the Christian church actually worships is a moon God called Sin who existed and was worshiped in the city of Ur about 2100 years BC. When you say “Jesus died for my sins” you are saying that your dead solar deity died for the moon God Sin… who was also the father of Lilith. Lilith was cursed by “God” to loose 1000 of her babies daily. The irony of all of this is that her name means “The Air” and Jesus will be coming with “The Air” for whatever you’ve done to the least of these you’ve done unto him. All those little children killed in the middle east because you were told to defend your God… So that the mafia faction could obtain rights to 75% of the opium population which is grown in Afghanistan and is worth a lot of money once it is turned into heroin… Oh, and Iran is next because entire shipments were being lost there on their way to Holland… and they’ll probably take Israel or Lebanon so they can ship the shit out to the sea to America… I digress- Those little children you supported the killing of? Those are Jesus.
And this brings me to why I am here.
Christianity is the real Satanism and I’m wondering if there is a group of people out there who is actually capable of love. The Bible says the synagogue of Satan would make God’s love known…

This has got to be a troll website. By reading half of the things I just read, not a thing on here makes sense. It completely clashes with Satanism in every single way. This is the type of ‘religion’ that little poser rebellious teenagers adhere to and ‘praise their Lord Satan’. That’s a load of shit and is an embarrassment to Satanism.
